Youth Venture

Youth Venture supports and invests in teams of youth (aged 12-20) that initiate and lead lasting community-benefiting “Ventures.” A Venture is a new initiative started and led by youth that benefits the community, has a credible plan for sustainability, has a supportive but non-controlling adult ally, and involves a strong team of 2 or more Venturers who care and have the energy to be successful.

Youth teams receive up to $1,000 in seed funding and gain access to a global network of like-minded young people. Youth Venture is a citizen sector organization (defined by what we do rather than what we are not) that currently operates in the U.S. and 13 other countries.
