Assist in the Storytelling Activities Tent

Starts: March 1st, 2009

Groups can volunteer together at this opportunity.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.

Description
Students assist younger children with making crafts related to the art of storytelling during the Printing Partners Hoosier Storytelling Festival, October 10th and 11th on the grounds of Military Park. The last shift on Saturday also helps with packing up materials, folding chairs, stacking tables, taking down banners and lights. Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.

Assist with setting up the grounds for the Printing Partners Hoosier Storytelling Festival

Groups can volunteer together at this opportunity.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.

Description
Assist with setting up the grounds of Military Park for the Printing Partners Hoosier Storytelling Festival. This includes setting up chairs, tables and stages in the tents, stringing lights in the tents, hanging banners and other such jobs. Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.
