St. Mary's Child Center

St. Mary's Child Center is an early intervention center dedicated to helping children and their families. St. Mary's focus is to serve the needs of very young children (ages three to five). St. Mary's provides a positive educational and emotional environment, a place where children are cared for by degreed professionals that specialize in their fields. St. Mary's Child Center is a preferred choice because of their high quality of accredited educational and counseling services, diagnostic clinic, and excellent nutrition program.

Spring Auction

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

Description
St. Mary's Child Center will host its Annual Spring Auction on Friday, May 1 at the Historic Union Station at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. We need volunteers to assist with set-up and to help during the event. Set-up will take place from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the event will take place from 7:00- 11:00 pm. Classroom Volunteers

Starts: March 1st, 2009

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.

Description
High School and College volunteers can participate in our at-risk preschool classrooms by reading, playing, talking to, and participating in classroom activities one-on-one with the children. Our two locations offer these opportunities.
Notes / Special Requirements
Patience, sense of humor, love of play, and love of children.

Spring Clean Up

Starts: March 1st, 2009

Groups can volunteer together at this opportunity.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.

Description
Groups needed for our Spring Clean Up! Participantion would include washing windows, cleaning gutters, collecting trash, raking leaves and mulch, sweeping playground and parking lots, etc.

Good attitude, like to be outdoors!
