Description
Description: BGCI offers a variety of volunteer opportunities at each of our nine(9) Marion County Clubs. From one-on-one interactions with Club members as a tutor or mentor, to assisting with arts and crafts activities, games and sports, computer lab projects, and more. BGCI's programming falls under five core areas: Education and Career Development; Character and Leadership Development; the Arts; Sports, Fitness and Recreation; and Health and Life Skills-so you can see the variety available for the children and volunteers. Opportunities are also available for groups wanting to have one-day (or similar) projects, such as beautification projects at the Clubs.
Notes / Special Requirements
All volunteers are subject to a criminal background check. Once that has been completed and is clear, the volunteer can be scheduled. All volunteers are subject to the rules and requirements of the Club where they are a volunteer.
